Audition Video Requirements:

• Video and audition form must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. on  April 13?   (will know about callbacks by May 1)

• The video should be taken from far enough away to see your full standing posture, but close enough to still see facial expressions and personality

• Feel free to splice the video together with cuts between each section

Order of video:

1. Clearly state your first and last name, age and current grade at school

2. State which role you will be speaking and singing for (choose one - we will still consider you for others)

3. Sing “Row Row Row Your Boat” twice in a round with this YouTube video:

Begin singing after the first “row row row your boat” - i.e. YOU begin when he says the world “gently”.  You should sing two times in a row and finish at 0:25. Fast forward to 0:25 to see the round effect we are going for.  

Please note that you will need two devices for this: one to play the youtube video (we don’t need to see it, just hear it) and one to record yourself.

1. Sing measure 4-67 of Hygge. You may choose to sing along with either the track with guide vocals or the instrumental only track. Please sing the entire part provided. Please note that you will need two devices for this: one to play the vocal track and one to record yourself.

2. Perform the audition side for the character you are auditioning for. Please ask a parent or older sibling to read the lines of the other role(s) in your excerpt. We don’t have to see the other person, but we must be able to hear them.
